ABOUT THIS PARTNER:
Yoga can help children and young adults to manage stress, build focus and concentration, and develop body awareness and positivity. However, there are hardly enough spaces or centers in New York City where kids can take classes at low/no cost.
At Yoga Share, one of our primary interests is introducing yoga, meditation, and mindfulness to youth and young adults so that they can use these tools to navigate through everyday life.

Gather at 1100 Block Bergen Community Garden to move, breathe, and relax with free yoga, thanks to Yoga Share, starting June 16th, and continuing every Sunday at 10am & 12pm through the summer until September. Class is free! All levels welcome. Mats, drinks, & snacks will be provided.
