8th Annual Community Garden Tour | Registration is Open!

Registration is Now OPEN for Our 8th Annual Community Gardens Tour!

Join us for an exploration of these beautiful community spaces through a guided walk or bike ride.

Details:
Date: Saturday, September 14, 2019 
Location/Time: [START] Rogers/Tilden/Veronica Place Garden | 1:30 pm Check-in, 2:00 pm tour departure
                                   [END] 1100 Block Bergen Street Community Garden | 5:00 pm post-tour reception

Please arrive at 1:30 pm to check in, grab a free BQLT water bottle and seed packets, and look around the garden! If you donate $10 or more at registration, you will be able to receive a free BQLT tote bag as well. (All items are while supplies last)

Both guided walking and biking tours will depart from the garden at 2 pm, so be sure to arrive before then.**

United Herkimer Garden Club
Westbrook Memorial Garden

*Gardens with an asterisk are only featured on the bike tour.

**Walking tour participants must bring a metro card to use on public transportation

Following the tour, join us at 1100 Block Bergen Street Community Garden for a post-tour reception from 5 pm - 7 pm.


This event is FREE and all are welcome. Donations help BQLT continue to improve these gardens for the community we all share.

$10 suggested donation for tour
All who register receive a free BQLT water bottle (while supplies last)!
All donations of $10 or more receive a BQLT tote bag (while supplies last)!

**This event will take place light rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel the event. Registrants will be notified by 9:30 am the day of in the event of cancellation.**

We ask all bicyclists to wear a helmet and please abide by NYC Biking Rules. Here are some general resources:
